Tree Planting at NDC Resort

During my first week of volunteering at Manengkel Solidaritas, I helped out with a project at the NDC Resort, just north of Manado. Along with three other volunteers, we marked new spots for tree planting to keep the area looking green and vibrant.

Some of the trees that were planted earlier didn't make it, so we’re replacing them and adding new ones to help the place thrive. We also spent time clearing out vines that were creeping up the healthy trees. These vines had become too overwhelming, threatening to suffocate the trees with their strength.
